Occupational Skills: Moderator – QCTO Skills Programme The Occupational Skills: Moderator programme equips learners with the knowledge and practical skills to plan, conduct and evaluate assessment moderation processes. Learners will develop skills in reviewing assessment instruments, verifying assessment decisions, providing feedback to assessors and ensuring that assessments are fair, valid, reliable and consistent. This programme offers an updated QCTO occupational training pathway for individuals who previously studied the ETDP SETA Moderator course, Unit Standard 115759 – Conduct Moderation of Outcomes-Based Assessments (NQF Level 6, 10 Credits). The programme is suitable for assessors, facilitators, trainers and education and training professionals who wish to develop their skills in assessment moderation and quality assurance.
